Job Opportunity: Apprentice Pipefitter

Overtime and shift allowance available for this exciting opportunity.

Required Experience:

  1. NVQ Level 3 in a relevant subject is essential.
  2. A deep understanding of domestic plumbing within a ship environment, including removal and installation, is required.
  3. Ability to work with and install composite pipework is a must.

Main Contract Hours:

Monday to Thursday, 07:00.

Flexible Working Scheme (FWS): This is a yearly contract that runs alongside your main contract.

Contract Hours:

  1. Monday to Thursday, 07:00.

Shift allocation is determined by the Team Leader in discussion with the schedules requirements. The Team Leader will discuss with their team to ensure fair use of FWS to meet workload.

Shift Details:

  1. Early Shift: Monday to Thursday, 06:00, with overtime undertaken afterwards (includes 30-minute lunch break paid and 15% uplift on hourly rate).
  2. Back Shift: Monday to Thursday, 13:00, with overtime undertaken prior to shift start time (includes 30-minute lunch break paid and 25% uplift on hourly rate).

Overtime is voluntary and paid the following month, typically on or near the 15th.
