About the Role:

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and managing comprehensive schedules, ensuring that every project phase is meticulously organized. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor progress, analyse risks, and adjust timelines as needed to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track progress and update timelines.
  • Identify risks and implement contingency plans proactively.
  • Report on project status, key achievements, and areas of concern.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.

About You:

  • You are an excellent communicator and a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail, and you are adept at managing multiple priorities.
  • Ideally, you have experience in project management or a similar planning role.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a project scheduling role.
  • Strong proficiency in planning software (such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
