Job Description

Job Title: Procurement Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Leader to join our team at Insight Executive Group (IEG). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our procurement efforts and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a long-term procurement strategy aligned with our organizational goals.
  • Oversee all procurement activities to ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders to optimize procurement processes.
  • Spearhead the management of procurement systems and supplier relationships.
  • Lead, mentor, and build capabilities within the procurement team.

Requirements:

  • Strong public sector construction and maintenance background.
  • Robust experience in regulatory compliance, managing complex projects, and enhancing multi-user frameworks.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of driving team success in procurement operations.
