Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced coordinator to join our Open Programmes team, which sits within the wider Innovation team. As a Programme Director - Creative Industries, you will provide excellent administrative and production support to the programme, including:

  • Supporting the planning, preparation, and delivery of the annual programme
  • Event logistics and coordination
  • Financial administration and budget support
  • Marketing support
  • Project evaluation

Key Responsibilities

In addition to the above, you will also have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of work associated with building a programme of activity, including:

  • Research and development
  • Stakeholder engagement

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with excellent administrative and events coordination experience, the ability to handle competing deadlines, and experience in maintaining and building excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders. An enhanced DBS check will be required.
