About the Role

As a Regional Business Partner Lead at Taylor & Francis Group, you will play a key role in driving and delivering key people initiatives into the business in support of the strategic people plan. You will work closely with people colleagues from the 4 Pillars of Transformation, Culture, Professional Learning & OD, and People and Policy Relations to deliver results in the following areas:

  • Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management
  • Talent & Workforce Planning
  • Performance Management, Development & Rewards
  • Capability Management

You will work with the Regional Strategic Partner to provide support for ad-hoc People Team projects as required, bringing a solution-focused mindset to bear on any initiative. Your strong commercial and customer focus will be essential in driving commercial and customer-focused People initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic people initiatives to support the business
  • Work closely with people colleagues to deliver results in key areas
  • Provide support for ad-hoc People Team projects as required
  • Bring a strong commercial and customer focus to all People-related initiatives
Requirements
  • Strong HRBP experience, including performance management, talent acquisition, and change management
  • Strong talent planning skills and a deep knowledge of the talent process across the colleague life cycle
  • Experience of driving commercial and customer-focused People initiatives
  • Strong project management experience and experience with using relevant project management tools and processes
  • Strong data analysis skills and storytelling availability
