Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Kitchen Porter to join our team at HF Holidays. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, supporting our Head Chef and Sous Chef in maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of vegetables, salads, and picnic lunches
  • Ensure the kitchen is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness throughout service
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in food preparation and presentation
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the kitchen team

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a busy kitchen environment
