Parking Appeals and Representations Officer

Carrington West is seeking a skilled Parking Appeals and Representations Officer to join our team in London. As a Parking Appeals and Representations Officer, you will be responsible for investigating parking appeals and representations, enforcing PCNs where applicable, and managing statutory and non-statutory complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate parking appeals and representations issued to the public
  • Review and enforce PCNs where applicable
  • Manage statutory and non-statutory complaints via telephone, email, and post
  • Liaise with external contractors and parties

This is a full-time contract position, and we are looking for candidates with experience in parking appeals. The rate on offer is £22-£24 per hour, negotiable for the right candidate. Flexible working arrangements are available, alongside home working opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in parking appeals is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
