Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Equipment Lead to join our team at Expleo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with OEMs and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
  • Manage contract management procedures, including the creation and maintenance of contract documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead the implementation of new equipment and processes, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including OTD and FTR.
  • Participate in problem-solving meetings and fault analysis to resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality equipment.
Requirements
  • HNC/Degree in Mechanical or Engineering.
  • High level of understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong cross-functional team leadership skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a hands-on approach.
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office and CAD systems.
