Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Equipment Lead to join our team at Expleo. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and maintaining strong relationships with our OEM and supplier partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM and supplier partners to ensure effective contract management.
    • Ensure compliance with OEM procedures and guidelines for General Assembly contract management.
    • Monitor and update the Guidebook for contract management to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects and delivery of high-quality results.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues to ensure project success.
    • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including plant referents and AAEE specialists.
    • Communicate effectively with suppliers and OEM partners to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
    • Collaborate with technical leaders to ensure effective animation of requirements and monitoring of project progress.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations to ensure delivery of high-quality results.
    • Develop and implement effective quality assurance strategies to meet business objectives.
    • Monitor and report on quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain accurate and timely reports to ensure effective project monitoring and control.
    • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Provide recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.
Requirements
  • Education
    • HNC/Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Engineering.
  • Skills
    • High level of understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work autonomously with a hands-on approach.
    • Good computer skills with a good working knowledge of MS Office.
    • Knowledge of CAD systems AutoCad/Supervisions/Catia an advantage.
  • Experience
    • Relevant experience in manufacturing equipment lead or similar role.
    • Knowledge and experience of automotive process engineering.
