A Business Solutions Consultant is sought to become a vital part of a sustainability-oriented service organization. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between the expanding technology team and various business units. This role is essential in ensuring that the technical solutions provided align with the overarching business objectives.

As part of the IT & Digital team, the Business Solutions Consultant will engage with multiple software applications, particularly focusing on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. A comprehensive and forward-thinking approach is necessary to guarantee the effective utilization of technology within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture productive relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance user experience and retention.
  • Act as a bridge between technology experts and different business departments.
  • Collaborate with the IT & Digital team and external advisors to enhance CRM functionalities (specifically with Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
  • Deliver training and guidance on the CRM system and best practices for managing customer relationships.
  • Examine data to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancing customer engagement and overall business performance.
  • Communicate insights to stakeholders and advocate for process enhancements.
  • Effectively introduce new technological platforms.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical abilities to identify trends and actionable insights from customer data.
  • Strategic mindset for formulating systems and process strategies that align with business goals.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Demonstrable experience in enhancing processes and efficiencies across departments while supporting technology implementations.
  • Data management expertise, including segmentation, cleansing, and deduplication.
  • Experience in integrating sales and customer service systems.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • A customer-centric approach focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
