Job Summary:The Resilience and Business Continuity Specialist will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and testing the organisation's business continuity program, plans, and documentation. This includes advising the organisation on Business Continuity best practice, identifying and analysing business needs against the business unit/company infrastructure, and leading the Resilience Training and Assurance programme.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain business continuity plans and documentation
- Advise on Business Continuity best practice and compliance requirements
- Identify and analyse business needs against infrastructure
- Lead the Resilience Training and Assurance programme
- Build and maintain an effective team
- Assist in setting Resilience strategy and governance
- Extensive knowledge of Business Continuity Management
- Knowledge of legislation, regulation, and guidance in Business Continuity
- Proven track record of Risk and Incident Management processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management Committee and other Business Unit leadership teams
- Experience in leading a team of skilled professionals
