About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team at Octopus Energy. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our renewable energy business by selling our innovative solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and establish a sales pipeline with customers, from lead through to delivery, and achieve sales and orders in line with our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Explain the benefits of low-carbon technologies, solar, and air source heat pump systems, and Octopus Energy as a provider.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and record customer feedback in our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
  • Collaborate with technical design teams to develop solar or air source heat pump plans and ensure they are tailored to meet the customer's unique needs.
  • Act as a champion for our technology, promoting its benefits to customers and stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own time and workload effectively.
  • A love of dynamic and active office environments, with the ability to adapt to change and keep up with a fast-paced business.
  • A proven track record of excellent customer experience and strong communication skills.
