About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Director to join our team at THE TALENT SET. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our brand marketing activities and providing a customer-centric perspective to our content development and overall messaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to drive engagement and visibility across our organization.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence to increase reach and engagement, and align with our brand marketing objectives.
  • Analytics and Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and analytics to inform marketing decisions and provide actionable recommendations to our senior leadership team.
  • Reporting and Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of our engagement activities.
  • Event Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of events, including logistics, content preparation, promotion, staffing, budgeting, and administration.
Requirements
  • Education Sector Experience: A strong background in the education sector or public sector is essential for this role.
  • Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in product marketing and senior marketing roles across various channels.
  • Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and stakeholders.
  • Market Research Knowledge: A basic understanding of market research techniques is required.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £41,000-£46,000 pro rata (paid on a day rate inside IR35) depending on experience, and a fully remote work arrangement with occasional travel to our Berkshire office.
