Brand Manager Job Description

PE Global (UK) is seeking a skilled Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team for an initial 3-month contract role. This hybrid position will be based in High Wycombe and will involve working closely with our Consumer Goods client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation of consumer marketing strategies to drive category growth and sales.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Managers to create and execute initiatives through the Path to Purchase.
  • Contribute to and interpret brand strategy, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop retail-ready plans to deliver category growth and present to key customers.
  • Build and support the creation of innovative and effective campaigns to grow sales & market share in the UK/Ireland/Nordics.
  • Lead PCAs and work with media partners to implement optimizations to digital campaigns.
  • Work closely with commercial teams to implement commercial initiatives to drive profitability.
  • Collaborate with the rest of our brand marketing teams to drive harmonies across brands & demonstrate insights.
  • Champion your brand within the broader organization.

Requirements:

  • Commercial understanding with strong financial acumen in the UK market.
  • Proven implementation ability.
  • Assistant Brand Management experience in an FMCG environment is essential.
