Real Estate Operations Manager | Talent Finder Jobs | Monday – Friday – 9am to 6pm | £25,000 - £30,000 per year dependent on experience

With over three decades of experience in the real estate sector, our organization provides a wide array of services that include Residential Sales, Lettings, Management, and Commercial Property. Our impressive history and dedication to outstanding client service distinguish us in the industry.

In this pivotal role, you will serve as a primary liaison for property owners and tenants. This position is dynamic and fast-paced, necessitating strong analytical skills and the capacity to engage with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.

  • Comprehensive understanding and expertise in the lettings sector
  • Familiarity with all facets of property management and the lettings procedure

What will your responsibilities entail?

  • Effectively overseeing a portfolio of properties to guarantee a seamless lettings experience for our clients
  • Providing organized and precise daily administrative support
  • Coordinating and supervising contractors as they perform tasks across the property portfolio
  • Managing utility transfers at the commencement of tenancies and ensuring payment of outgoing bills, including final utility statements
  • Conducting thorough quality checks to confirm all essential documentation is ready at the start of tenancies
  • Distributing check-in reports to property owners and tenants while addressing any discrepancies
  • Managing processes related to changes in occupancy
  • Ensuring compliance with safety certifications across the property portfolio
  • Communicating with property owners, tenants, and registered contractors regarding maintenance issues, keeping all parties informed
  • Organizing quotes and overseeing larger-scale projects
  • Collaborating with Building Management companies on communal matters
  • Arranging and issuing property inspection reports
  • Overseeing the checkout process
  • Advising on and negotiating deposit settlements or raising disputes with the relevant deposit scheme
  • Drafting legal notices for possession recovery of properties
  • Negotiating tenancy renewals
