Drive Demand and Awareness for Amazon Web Services

Amazon Web Services is seeking a talented marketing professional to drive demand, awareness, and adoption of our cloud computing platform across ASEAN countries.

As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic field marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and pipeline & revenue growth across the ASEAN region.

This role will work closely with APJ regional marketing leaders, in-country sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to create and implement localized marketing campaigns, events, and programs that align with the overall ASEAN marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement localized marketing campaigns and programs tailored to specific markets and customer segments.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute field marketing events, executive engagements, roadshows, and participate in sponsored industry events across the ASEAN region.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing to support the partner ecosystem in developing co-marketing initiatives and programs.
  • Leverage various marketing channels, including digital, social media, and traditional channels, to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Lead the view on lead flow, campaign performance metrics, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Work closely with sales, partner, technical teams, and APJ-wide counterparts to ensure alignment and execution of broader sales, business, and marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience.
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of time zones and languages.
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with a global footprint.
