Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of prospects and existing customers to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual sales targets and meet key customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven track record in business-to-business field sales with a focus on new business development.
- Experience working with larger, structured companies in a sales capacity.
- Positive, activity-driven, and can-do approach with a strong work ethic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
