Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of prospects and existing customers to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual sales targets and meet key customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business-to-business field sales with a focus on new business development.
  • Experience working with larger, structured companies in a sales capacity.
  • Positive, activity-driven, and can-do approach with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
