Key Responsibilities
  • Manage event calendars, including planning, coordination, and execution of events
  • Develop and deliver high-level presentations to support event ideas, logistics, and execution
  • Provide creative ideas for event activations, ensuring feasibility within budget and timeframe
  • Oversee event planning, including venue sourcing, supplier management, and on-site event delivery
  • Manage client budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost reconciliation
  • Conduct post-event reporting, capturing feedback and key statistics, and evaluate project success
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work independently and under pressure, managing complex client finances and briefs
  • Experience with MS Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience in creating and delivering effective event activations, preferably in the luxury/lifestyle sector
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and stakeholders, with a flexible attitude
  • Confidence and professionalism to engage with clients at a senior level
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and a strong desire to continue learning and developing
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience working with automotive brands or an understanding of the sector
  • Ability to write and speak a leading foreign language, although not essential
