Job Title: Male Mental Health Enablement Officer

Enfield Council's Mental Health Enablement Service is seeking a male worker to provide support to individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to improve the ability of service users to live independently and participate in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide short-term intensive support to achieve agreed and personalised outcomes
  • Work 1:1 with service users in their homes and in the community
  • Support access to opportunities in employment, education, and leisure
  • Participate in resettlement and outreach work

Requirements:

  • Male worker to provide a service to people requesting male workers
  • Ability to work as part of a supportive team
  • Induction, supervision, and training will be available
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a pool car
