We are seeking a male mental health support worker to join our team at Enfield Council's Mental Health Enablement Service. The successful candidate will work closely with individuals who have severe and enduring mental health support needs to improve their ability to live independently and participate in the community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide short-term intensive support to achieve personalised outcomes
- Work 1:1 with clients in their homes and in the community
- Resettle and outreach work, and support to access opportunities in employment, education, and leisure
- Advise, inform, and support clients through our Drop In service
We require a male worker to provide a service to people requesting male workers, and to those for whom an allocated female staff member is deemed inappropriate due to risk of abuse. You will need to be a driver with a full UK driving licence, and a pool car will be available.
