We are seeking a male mental health support worker to join our team at Enfield Council's Mental Health Enablement Service. The successful candidate will work closely with individuals who have severe and enduring mental health support needs, providing short-term intensive support to achieve personalized outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working 1:1 with clients in their homes and in the community, providing support to access opportunities in employment, education, and leisure.
  • Resettlement and outreach work, including support to access community links and resources.
  • Working as part of a supportive team, with induction, supervision, and training available.
  • Requiring a driver with a full UK driving licence, with a pool car available for use.
What We Offer
