Role: Key Account Manager for the Incision Management Portfolio

Are you ready to take on a new challenge and make a real impact in the medical industry? As the new Key Account Manager for the Incision Management portfolio, you will be a motivated professional with experience in the operating theatre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create regional account plans to define, target, and successfully close business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities to maximize face-to-face customer contact
  • Liaise with internal functions to agree commercial proposals and effectively use them in customer negotiations
  • Support customers with product evaluations and trials to promote sales opportunities
  • Deliver agreed activity rates to ensure coverage and frequency of target customers/focus products and drive sales of Mölnlycke Incision Management portfolio
  • Present our brand value propositions and value-added customer-centric solutions for the Incision Management portfolio
  • Develop Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships to increase their support, usage, and advocacy of Mölnlycke products

What We Offer:

  • Salary circa £50,000 depending on experience
  • Performance-related annual bonus up to £60,000

Requirements:

  • Clear med-device sales experience, ideally within a surgical/theatre environment (or significant experience working in the NHS as an ODP, TVN, or similar)
  • Strong track record of exceeding targets and building business relationships
  • Degree in a related field such as Business or Marketing would be beneficial
