Randstad Professionals Italia is seeking a highly skilled Technical and Commercial Asset Manager to join our team in Edinburgh, Scotland. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our wind sector assets across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all contracts related to operational assets, ensuring compliance with deliverables, technical, and commercial-administrative aspects.
- Support the integration of new assets into the operational phase, focusing on onshore wind.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and local authorities.
- Monitor and track the performance of operational assets, aligning with KPIs, Company's Global EHS&Q guidelines, and local HSE legislation.
- Coordinate and oversee all O&M activities, liaising with external contractors.
- Analyze technical issues and faults, coordinate problem-solving, and evaluate opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvements.
- Continuously monitor operating costs to ensure budget compliance and process invoices related to asset contracts.
- Support in annual budget preparation by defining the scope of work/services and tender management/contract negotiation.
- Academic background in Engineering, Renewable Energies, or Project Management.
- 2-3 years of experience in the wind onshore industry, with a focus on asset or operations management.
- Experience in contract/compliance and operations management.
- Understanding of HSE UK legislation relevant to the renewable energy sector.
- Experience in other renewable technologies, such as battery or solar.
- Technical and/or general market knowledge of wind onshore, battery, and solar.
- Professional English knowledge (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of SCADA, SAP, third-party monitoring/data performance platforms, and Microsoft Office.
