Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services
  • Establishing active customer forums to shape service delivery and drive service excellence
  • Managing the development and implementation of new Independent Living services
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding adults and children legislation
  • Providing leadership and guidance to team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. Housing, Social Care or Project Management)
  • Project Management skills
  • Knowledge of Independent Living including best practice
  • Safeguarding adults and children legislation knowledge
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle
