Position Overview

We are seeking a Production Print Supervisor to oversee our multi-site print operations. This role is crucial in managing a team of Print Operatives and ensuring the seamless functioning of our production processes. The successful candidate will spearhead innovative projects focused on automation and efficiency enhancements, particularly utilizing advanced Robotag technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a diverse team across multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Manage departmental budgets effectively while striving for continuous improvement in production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various departments to minimize disruptions and maintain workflow.
  • Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction by upholding the highest quality standards.
  • Analyze performance metrics against established KPIs and implement necessary actions for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold site safety policies.
