Transaction Services Assistant Manager

At Grant Thornton, we're committed to helping our clients achieve their goals and navigate complex transactions. As a Transaction Services Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in providing financial due diligence and advisory services to clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present high-quality analysis and findings to clients, supporting their decision-making processes
- Collaborate with the wider team on technical aspects of transactions, ensuring seamless execution
- Interpret and analyze complex information, identifying business issues and applying technical knowledge to drive solutions
- Support the presentation of conclusions and recommendations to clients, discussing implications and action points
- Take ownership of your performance and contribute to the growth and development of the team
- Consult effectively on risk management, promoting a culture of risk awareness within the team
- Support business development efforts and identify opportunities for growth
- Professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA, or CIPFA)
- Previous experience in Audit or an advisory service line
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team, applying commercial judgment and driving results
