About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions for private equity and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare analysis and findings for client deliverables, supporting the preparation of high-quality documents to facilitate client decision-making.
  • Work with the wider team on technical aspects of transactions, interpreting and analyzing complex information to identify business issues and apply technical knowledge appropriately.
  • Support the presentation of conclusions and recommendations to clients, discussing implications and action points.
  • Take a proactive interest in your own performance and the performance of the wider team, consulting effectively on risk management and supporting a risk management culture within the team.
  • Contribute to the team's business development efforts and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA, or CIPFA).
  • Previous experience in Audit or an advisory service line.
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team, applying commercial judgment and interpreting complex information.
