Position: Salesforce Solutions Architect

Location: Fully Remote

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000

We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect to guide our clients through their transformative journeys. At Developrec, we are committed to fostering growth and achieving positive results for our partners.

This role is centered around Salesforce solutions, encompassing Mulesoft integration, orchestration, Azure, and AWS Cloud technologies, as well as low-code platforms like Power Platform and OutSystems, alongside Automation. The position necessitates direct engagement with clients to clarify needs, define requirements, prioritize tasks, identify solution alternatives, and develop comprehensive solution architectures and high-level designs.

The successful candidate will be part of the Software Design team, responsible for crafting end-to-end solutions and ensuring governance over the overall design in collaboration with delivery partners. Close cooperation with teams such as automation, delivery, and engineering will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and clients to refine requirements.
  • Identify, document, estimate, and present solution options to meet client needs.
  • Evaluate various solution options and recommend the most effective approach.
  • Develop solution architectures and high-level designs.
  • Support delivery and development teams in building and implementing solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and expedite resolutions during the build phase.
  • Serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert (SME) and mentor other members of the Software Design team.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Solution Architecture.
  • Familiarity with MuleSoft is advantageous.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financial operations within businesses.
  • Broad knowledge of solution areas, including transformation, migration, security, business analysis, applications, integration, infrastructure, and service management.
  • Expertise in architectural principles and frameworks.
  • Good exposure to cloud technologies, particularly Azure and/or AWS.
  • Experience in designing and implementing solutions as part of multi-stream change initiatives.
  • Leadership experience in large change programs involving key integrations with leading technology suppliers and their products.
  • Hands-on experience with container orchestration, cloud technologies, databases, and programming languages is a plus.
