Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- Business Requirements Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements to design and develop Salesforce solutions.
- Salesforce Solution Design: Design and develop Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
- Custom Code Development: Create custom code to implement Salesforce solutions.
- Salesforce Component Development: Develop Salesforce components to enhance platform functionality.
- Integration Configuration: Configure integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
- API Integration: Integrate APIs to enable seamless data exchange.
- System Security and Authentication: Ensure system security and authentication to protect data.
- Customization and Integration: Customize and integrate Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
- Process Management: Manage, test, build, and release processes to ensure smooth operation.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for modification or improvement to enhance Salesforce solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: Hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
- Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Service Cloud, and custom integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge: Salesforce data model, security, and sharing settings.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, effective communication and collaboration skills.
Certification in any of the following would be useful, but is not essential: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Administrator.
