About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at MECS Communications Ltd. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of various and complex solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to gather and document requirements for Salesforce solutions.
  • Translate user stories into actionable software within the Salesforce environment.
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code in line with best practices.
  • Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex and Visualforce.
  • Design and implement solutions for Service Cloud, including case management, knowledge base, and customer support processes.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues to ensure smooth communication between systems.
  • Create technical documentation, including user guides, release notes, and design documents.
  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs, ensuring the stability and functionality of the application.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL.
  • Service Cloud, including case management and knowledge base.
  • Custom integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Salesforce data model, security, and sharing settings.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £72,000 basic + 20% bonus and comprehensive benefits. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth and success of MECS Communications Ltd.
