Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Silverwood Recruitment. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 50-70 outbound calls daily to set appointments and initiate the sales process.
- Manage accounts by developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Engage in continuous prospecting, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn and CRM platforms.
- Utilize a personal approach to connect with clients quickly and build rapport.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in business development or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
