Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Silverwood Recruitment. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Make 50-70 outbound calls daily to set appointments and initiate the sales process.
- Manage accounts by developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Work to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets through lead generation activities.
- Engage in continuous prospecting, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn and CRM platforms.
- Utilize email and social media platforms to schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
- Results-driven individuals who can work independently and as part of a team.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in business development or account management.
- Focused, self-motivated, and goal-driven with a curious personality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- A positive mindset with the ability to convert cold leads into genuine opportunities.
- Excellent rapport-building skills, using a personal approach to connect with clients quickly.
- Active listening skills with the ability to gather valuable insights.
