About the Role:

The successful candidate will work with children and young people from the Bolton area, providing individual and group support sessions to help them process trauma. This role requires a sound understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and Early Help principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain supportive relationships with children and young people, ensuring professional boundaries are respected.
  • Deliver group work and individual support sessions, adapting to the needs of diverse age ranges.
  • Identify and address safeguarding issues, following established procedures.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children and young people, particularly in a domestic abuse context.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse communities.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
