About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Traffic Coordinator to join our team at McCann, a globally integrated community that influences and shapes culture. As a key member of our Strategic and Creative functions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workflow Management: Coordinate all bookings and casting of resources, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Business Leadership, Project Management, PR, and Social teams to plan and deliver work for clients.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively cast and schedule skillsets across strategy, creative, design, film, production, PR, and social disciplines.
  • Freelance Management: Monitor team profitability, manage freelance budgets, and complete timesheets.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the freelance market, building relationships with existing and new skillsets.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in a busy creative studio, with a strong understanding of the creative process.
  • Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, disciplined, and excellent communication skills.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
