Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Product Specialist to join our team at Optoma Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our customers and partners across Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to our sales team, resellers, and end customers, ensuring seamless delivery of our B2B & Pro AV range of technology products.
  • Project Design and Implementation: Assist with the design and implementation of Optoma products in complex immersive projects, ensuring optimal solutions for our customers.
  • Product Testing and Development: Be involved in testing the latest technologies and features of our products, providing valuable feedback to our development team.
  • Customer Education and Training: Participate in enhancing our customers' technological proficiency with Optoma products through personal dealership visits, local workshops, and exhibitions.
  • AV Setup and Troubleshooting: Understand and troubleshoot complex AV setups, including projectors, IFP, and FP, in corporate, education, and immersive environments.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience: At least two years' experience working with AV products, including projectors and IFPD, FPD, and LED technology.
  • Travel and Mobility: Willingness to travel mainly within Poland and occasionally within the region to customers for consultations, workshops, and technical problem-solving.
  • Self-Discipline and Motivation: Motivated and self-disciplined, capable of working effectively from home.
  • Industry Knowledge: Clear understanding of the B2B & Pro AV industry.
  • Driving License: Possession of a B-category driving license.
  • Innovative Mindset: An innovative and creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
