Role Overview

As a Corporate Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to clients and key stakeholders throughout the loan and portfolio management journey. You will handle both incoming and outgoing inquiries from clients at various stages of the lending process, conducting regular meetings and calls to assess their financial performance, requirements, and expectations, while also identifying potential business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include managing Corporate Portfolio clients effectively:

  • Ensuring positive customer outcomes through meaningful conversations that aim to understand each client's unique situation and provide sustainable solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Proactively managing assigned corporate portfolio accounts by identifying credit risks and escalating issues to explore appropriate solutions.
  • Utilizing effective listening and questioning techniques to uncover the underlying causes of a client's financial challenges and collaborating with them to find suitable resolutions.
  • Offering daily support to all Corporate Portfolio Directors regarding general portfolio management tasks.
  • Collaborating with Corporate Recoveries to ensure timely handling of non-performing cases.

  • Familiarity with regulations related to arrears management.
