About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Controller to join our team at Petit Forestier UK Limited. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our credit control function, working closely with our Credit Manager and other departments to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review customer financial health and identify potential risks to minimize loss
  • Ensure timely collection of debt and payments are received in accordance with contractual terms
  • Oversee accurate invoicing for rental and recharges
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators to drive business growth
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, sales teams, and customers to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in credit control or a related field
  • Excellent operating knowledge of accounting software packages
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve complex issues
  • Proven track record in managing complex accounts and debt reduction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work
