Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen leadership, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team in executing all areas of service, supporting the development and success of the management team, and driving the success of our various outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen team in executing all areas of service, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency.
  • Support the development and success of the management team, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
  • Drive the success of our various outlets, working closely with the Executive Chef and other department heads to achieve key financial goals and markers.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and develop innovative menus and culinary experiences.
  • Represent NoMad Hotel positively to internal and external stakeholders, acting as an ambassador of our brand in the industry.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or similar role in a high-end hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a deep understanding of seasonal cuisine and menu development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving the success of a leading hotel brand.
