Job Title: Lettings Negotiator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Belvoir Liverpool Prescot Estate & Lettings Agents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and manage the lettings workflow and processes.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies for the lettings portfolio.
  • Create and manage property listings on various platforms.
  • Ensure all property details are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
  • Provide detailed information about the properties and answer any queries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants.
  • Assist tenants with the application process and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Maintain regular contact with landlords to update them on property status.
  • Provide feedback from viewings and advise on market conditions.
  • Negotiate rental terms and agreements between landlords and tenants.
  • Ensure all parties are satisfied with the terms and conditions.
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to lettings, including tenancy agreements and referencing.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Stay informed about the local property market and trends.
  • Provide insights and advice to landlords and tenants based on market conditions.
  • Perform and process routine and inventory inspection reports.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
  • Multilingual abilities would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks related to property transactions.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
