Job Summary

MJ Quinn Integrated Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Streetworks Compliance Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Streetworks Compliance Team, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Streetworks Non-Compliance: Oversee the identification, investigation, and resolution of Streetworks non-compliance issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Streetworks Compliance Team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure team members are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
• Communication and Liaison: Liaise with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Quality and Safety: Ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, promoting a culture of quality and safety.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements

• Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a strong focus on communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
• Compliance Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Streetworks regulations and laws, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Computer Literacy: Proficient in the use of computer systems and software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
