Ruolo:
Il principale obiettivo della tua posizione sarà quello di supportare un team di assistenza clienti responsabile della gestione degli ordini di vendita dalla ricezione alla consegna, garantendo un servizio clienti eccellente in ogni momento.
- Supportare il Manager del Servizio Clienti fungendo da primo punto di contatto per gestire le richieste dei membri interni del team.
- Collaborare con la direzione per garantire che i livelli di personale e la formazione siano adeguati per il personale del servizio clienti.
- Gestire le richieste dei clienti, elaborare gli ordini e comunicare con altri dipartimenti interni.

Cosa ti serve per avere successo:
- Esperienza pregressa in un ruolo di supervisione o leadership di team.
- Conoscenza dell'esportazione e dell'invio internazionale (desiderabile).
- Approccio positivo e capacità di utilizzare iniziativa personale.
- Eccellenti capacità organizzative e capacità di lavorare con calma sotto pressione.
- Ottime capacità interpersonali e abilità nel costruire rapporti.
- Buona padronanza del PC, inclusa la competenza in MS Office Word, Excel e Outlook.
- Eccellente attenzione ai dettagli.
