About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Lakeside Coastal Village. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure all kitchens and chefs adhere to company Health and Safety standards.
  • Oversee a large team, promoting a culture of support and teamwork, and encouraging open communication across all levels.
  • Manage orders, food stocks, and forecast against occupancy, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the company's branded standards, while maintaining a passion for great food and service.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of branded menu management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong financial knowledge, with the ability to manage costs and budgets effectively.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional food and service, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
