About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our social media function and drive our online presence forward. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy
    • Design and implement a social media strategy that meets our business objectives and engages our target audience.
    • Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and high-quality content across all social media platforms.
  • Manage Social Media Presence
    • Manage and maintain our social media presence across all platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
    • Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Measure and Report Performance
    • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of our social media strategy.
    • Provide regular reports to stakeholders on social media performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with our marketing, communications, and events teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
    • Collaborate with our digital marketing team to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features and capabilities.
    • Excellent content creation and curation skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
