MAN Commercial Protection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Team Leader to join our team. As a Security Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a large team of security personnel, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring they are equipped to handle various security situations.
- Client Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their security needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Site Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring all security protocols are in place and adhered to.
- CCTV Monitoring: Monitor CCTV systems to detect and respond to security incidents.
- Incident Reporting: Accurately document and report all security incidents, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Vehicle and Visitor Management: Manage the booking in and out of vehicles and visitors, ensuring all necessary checks are completed.
- Search and Screening: Conduct thorough searches of staff, contractors, and vehicles, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
- Alarm Response: Respond to and investigate all alarm activations, ensuring a swift and effective response.
- Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans, ensuring all team members are equipped to handle critical situations.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members, ensuring they are equipped to handle various security scenarios.
Requirements:
- SIA Licence: Hold a valid front-line SIA licence.
- Supervisory Experience: Possess previous supervisory experience in a security or related field.
- Computer Skills: Have basic computer skills, including proficiency in security software and systems.
- Work History: Possess a full 5-year checkable work or education history.
- Transportation: Own reliable transportation.
