Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant within either the Permanent or Temporary & Contract divisions, your responsibilities will encompass business development and client relationship management, alongside managing the complete recruitment cycle. You will also engage in broader initiatives that contribute to the overall success of VWA in a cooperative and professional manner. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying candidates through application responses and proactive searches on recruitment platforms.
  • Conducting competency-based interviews with registered candidates and managing their relationships throughout the registration process.
  • Shortlisting candidates based on client specifications and overseeing each phase of the recruitment process, including gathering interview feedback and negotiating offers.
  • Performing market research and analysis as needed.
  • Providing administrative support, including the distribution of compliance documentation.
  • Executing additional tasks as required.

Candidate Profile:
We are seeking individuals who possess:

  • Experience in recruitment is preferred; however, backgrounds in account management, sales, or business development with a proven track record will also be considered.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • An efficient work ethic combined with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • The ability to build rapport naturally, with a collaborative and commercial mindset.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Reed, and Access CRM is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Information:

  • Standard working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility to extend as necessary.
  • The company follows a hybrid working model (3 days in the office), although the successful candidate will initially work fully in the office during the onboarding phase.
  • A competitive base salary of up to 45K is offered, contingent on relevant experience in business development, account management, or sales, along with potential participation in a commission scheme and discretionary bonuses.
