About the Role

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Manage the Data Analytics Warehouse, automated reports, and back-end data lake
  • Engineer and develop the DAW, maintaining health and building for the future
  • Drive performance through analyzing and presenting data-driven opportunities
  • Undertake data analysis within assigned projects
  • Deliver data solutions and data lifecycles
  • Collect, extract, and analyze data from complex sources
  • Manage APIs from health and integration perspectives
  • Analyze and provide data on key operational performance, suggesting improvements and changes
  • Ensure quality standards are met and deadlines achieved
  • Support others in improving their use and understanding of data
  • Maintain industry knowledge within customer experience
  • Maintain strong relationships with the internal team
