Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming correspondence and telephone inquiries
  • Take initiative in addressing customer inquiries
  • Ensure timely completion of Requests for Quotations (RFQs)
  • Process orders and invoices within the organization's Order Management System (OMS)
  • Keep sales and service teams informed about deliverables
  • Communicate updates to clients and end users regarding deliverables
  • Maintain accurate records and data management
  • Update databases and utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Coordinate service and sales requests effectively
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams
  • Work closely with distributors
  • Generate reports for activity tracking
  • Handle warranty registrations
