About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at ABM UK. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services to our clients in and around the Crowngate Shopping Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize lifts, wipe down stainless-steel fixtures and barriers, and remove smudges from mirrors
  • Empty trash, clean and sanitize restroom facilities, and maintain the organization of assigned areas
  • Set up, stock, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas
  • Assist team leaders and supervisors as needed to ensure optimum service to clients
Requirements
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to use own initiative to identify and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Approachable and courteous manner
  • An understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion in an active corporate building
