About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Window Cleaning Specialist to join our team at ISS. As a Window Cleaning Specialist, you will play a key part in delivering a world-class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest level of window cleaning service within your area of responsibility
  • Clean and maintain all internal/external windows, doors, trim, building cladding, and other items in the building
  • Clean glass surfaces, including blinds, shades, window sills, and vents
  • Complete daily cleaning schedule for assigned areas of work
  • Operate window cleaning equipment, including reach & wash and jet washers
  • Operate and use access equipment as required by the specific work area, including ladders, cherry pickers, powered access platforms, and lifts
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is maintained at proper levels
  • Ensure all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly
  • Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards
  • Report any dangers, near misses, or hazards you encounter to your manager
