We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Programme Support Administrator to join our Revalidation Directorate team. As a key member of our team, you will provide operational support across a large and diverse team, working closely with our clinicians to deliver high-quality support.
Main Responsibilities:- Review and manage revalidation connections with the General Medical Council using various online systems
- Review outcomes for Annual Review of Competence Progression panels and process reports in liaison with the team
- Liaise with members of the wider team on all aspects of doctors training, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Monitor various inboxes and ensure excellent communication with Clinical Faculty, Local Education Providers, General Medical Council, and Postgraduate Dentists in Training
- Provide secretariat support for regular meetings and maintain the website and Sharepoint sites
- GCSE grade 9-4 (A*-C) or above in English and Mathematics, or NVQ / ECDL or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, including Word and Excel
- Experience of working in an administrative/clerical or secretarial support role, with a focus on data entry and database management
- Formal course or evidence of understanding of data protection legislation and information governance
